Add:
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of thyme
I said, DASH...trust me, it's a mistake to overdo
Simmer for 30 minutes, then at chopped green pepper and 1/2 can water
Simmer another 30 minutes. Serve over the rice you started right after the last step.
