Spanish Rice and Sausage

1 cup rice, 2 cups water, dash salt - make rice as usual.
Saute' 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 1/4 cup chopped onion
Brown 1 lb. sausage

Combine both with:
2 cups canned tomato (diced works best)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsely a greased casserole, put in half of non-sausage, arrange sausage on top, put in remainder of rice mixture.

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
