2024 June 5: Rainy Day Pictures

Dora, while you stayed in the other day, I trudged out for a walk in the pouring rain. Not much for picture-taking, but I caught the other, as Gordon Lightfood said "Rainy Day People". This brave soul out paddleboarding, in a very appropriate wetsuit.

"June will be dry, you said", "It'll be summer by then, you said", "It's the perfect day for the Big Family Reunion, you said". This is clearly going to be a big party, from the number of trucks, but it will be held with everybody under the canopy. In sweaters and jackets.

The pool looked like a hotsprings pool, so much steam rising from it. It was open, too, just no customers. The nearby board said that the ocean temperature was 14C, and the air temperaturs was 13C. The guy on the paddleboard is the smart one!
