2024 June 25: Roy Reappears, Under the Canopy

It's hard to do anything but be a showcase for Allan, his photos are so good, but I'll reappear for one shot, today, the simplest thing I could have taken, but I love it. That feeling of almost having stepped indoors. You can smell it, the air seems to feel different, under the canopy. And the light. Walking from canopy to canopy, to whole blocks under canopy, in Vancouver these days, it feels like I retired to a little piece of Heaven.

Allan entitles this heartbreaker "Nanaimo", as they were on a trip there when he spotted it. Another little piece of heaven.
