2019 Sept 22 - A Boating Day and Geese Gangs

Getting into really random pictures now, Dora. Yesterday, I took a run up to Prominence Point (22 stories high, always feels like an achievement), and saw that everybody with a boat was realizing it was their last chance to have a nice boating day, on the Last Day of Summer. Today, the first day of fall, is steady, heavy, rain below dark, thick clouds. There's no sign of Grouse Mountain, just fog. So I have my memories of English Bay with 100 sailboats in the sun:

Heading home, I have a followup to that post on a month of growing goslings. They are now fully the size of their parents and the town is inundated with geese fuelling up for the southward migration. I counted 48 geese in this gaggle, which seemed more of a "gang" of geese, in these numbers.
